Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Change your plan from account settings without contacting us.
We email you at 80% and again at 100%. Once the limit is reached, the bot stops responding until your next billing cycle or you upgrade. We never charge overages automatically.
